Wanna beat the heat with a refreshing scoop of ice cream while helping your community?

Lets show our children how to help others by joining us at the Breckenridge clubhouse on August 14th from 2:30pm until 5:00pm for our 1st annual "Back to School, School Supply Drive" to benefit the Communities in Schools of Wake County initiative and receive a scoop of ice cream courtesy of Lumpy's for your effort.

Just drop off your donation in the containers provided and get your scoop of ice cream.  A small list of suggested items can be located on the attached flyer.  Monetary donations are also accepted, with checks made out to Wake County Communities in Schools.

When you donate, one scoop of ice cream per person donating please.

Lumpy's will donate a portion of their proceeds to the Communities in Schools of Wake County organization on our behalf.

"Thank You" for your help!

Lake Restoration Project Underway

Lake Restoration Project Underway

The lake adjacent to the Breckenridge Clubhouse and Tennis Center will soon undergo some major improvements.  As this area has become full of silt and debris due to years of construction, misuse and poor erosion control, The Breckenridge HOA, in conjunction with The Terrace 1 HOA, have agreed to restore this area to its original condition and share in the cost of the project.

The project will professionally supervised by Pabst and Hilburn Engineering firm along with general and subcontractors approved by the State of North Carolina and Town of Morrisville.  It is imperative that this area be avoided during survey and construction.  Areas will be closed while equipment is working and entry into construction areas will be considered trespassing.  Estimated completion of all work is currently late June depending on weather or other unforeseen delays.

Please continue to avoid feeding the wildlife as this only encourages the animals to stay and nest.  Every effort will be made to relocate fishes and birds that have taken up residence in our lake.  Please report any violators of these posted HOA policies including trespassers immediately to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. We did it!
Wednesday, 07 April 2010 19:28
The Board gave us gracious consideration and made our traditional option Cedar Fork (while spaces last).  Then if that fills up Weatherstone Elementary will be the secondary traditional option.  Alston Ridge is still the year-round option.
