We had a meeting with Morrisville Town Officials, DOT and Wake County Public Schools on June 21st, 2017 at the Town Hall. Some of the HOA members and residents were able to attend this meeting. Also councilmen Michael Schlink and Satish Garimella attended the meeting.
Since the residents have a lot of questions and concerns regarding the options for the access road, Satish invited the officials to come to the Breckenridge Club house to discuss and explain the details to the residents.
They have asked us to come up with the set of questions and they are willing to come to our Club house and answer each of these questions. They do not want a open question and session answer session.

It's that time of year again- the Breckenridge Pool opens this Saturday, May 6th! If you need a pool card, please review the attached pool card replacement instructions. Please remember that if you have a balance greater than $40.00, your pool card will be turned off and will not be turned back on until you've emailed to confirm your payment. If you want to check your balance, please visit www.yorkhoa.com. Website registration instructions are also attached to this email.
Below are some items to remember. Attached are the current rules. Please discuss the rules with your family members.
1. The pool lifeguards are there to for safety. They are not your baby sitter or disciplinarian. Please read the rules concerning pooluse, children and ages to be accompanied by an adult.
2. Babies not potty trained are to wear a swim diaper AND plastic pants with elasticized legs OVER the swim diaper. Every year we have closing due to parents not understanding this.
3. Hours are 6:30a.m.-8:00 p.m. at this time. There is no after dusk swimming. The closing time will vary during mid summer as to when dusk occurs.
If you have any questions, please email your Property Manager, Carol Slaven at Carolslaven@yorkproperties.com. Thank you for your attention to these items and have a safe and enjoyable summer.

An error occurred when sending the complete Annual Meeting Notice Package electronically to the printer. Therefore, the packet you received in the mail was incomplete. Sunil Battula’s name was omitted on the Candidate Sheet. Also, several other candidates profiles were missing from the package. We have attached the complete mailing in this email. We apologize for this confusion.

Babies who are NOT POTTY TRAINED are requiredto wear rubber pants with fitted legs over a disposable swim diaper, when in the swimming pool. We ask parents with babies to not go into the big pool, unless your child has both the rubber pant and disposable swim diaper on or the child is potty trained.
Life Guards will be doing a quick check to ensure babies and toddlers are having proper attire. Each time this happens the pool must be closed down and water cleaned for about 24 hours depending on the situation. Please be considerate of others who want to enjoy the swimming pool.
If you use coupons the coupon order is in process and you should receive a coupon book in the next week. If you would like to send a check in the meantime, please make sure your address and account number is on the check, and make it payable to Breckenridge HOA. Send it to PO Box 531136, Atlanta, GA 30353-1136.
