Scrapbooking Weekend
October 16th, 17th, and 18th
Friday 6:00 PM to Sunday 4:30 PM
Join us at the club house anytime throughout the weekend of October 16th, 17th, and 18th for a CROP weekend. Bring all your own crafting supplies (pictures, embellishments, paper, etc) and we will provide the space for you to work on your scrapbook pages.

or 463-9864 no later than October 7th. We MUST know by October 7th whether you will be attending.
You can plan on bringing and setting up your scrapbooking supplies anytime after 6:00 PM on Friday, October 16th. The door will always be locked, so you may leave your items there over night throughout the weekend. We will be finished up and all cleaned up by Sunday, October 18th at 4:30 PM. You may come to scrapbook for the whole weekend, or just join us for a portion of the weekend. Either way, just let us know.
Remember, you MUST RSVP to let us know you are coming, we need an EXACT count.

Annual Breckenridge Homeowner Association Meeting
Wednesday, October 7th - 6 pm
(Registration begins at 5:00 pm)
The Required Annual Meeting of the Breckenridge Homeowners Association of North Carolina Inc. will be held at the Clubhouse on Wednesday, October 7th at 6 PM Sharp! The purpose of the meeting is to elect the Executive Board for the upcoming year. There will be a short Homeowner Q &A session during the meeting while votes are counted. Once the election results are announced, the meeting will be concluded. Regular Homeowner open forums and committee reports will continue at the next scheduled Board meeting on November 4th. Any pending business (Architectural Submittals et. al.) will be reviewed in its normal course and homeowner issues handled through York Properties as deemed necessary. Community Watch Organizational Meeting
Saturday, September 12th, 6-7pm
Breckenridge Clubhouse
There has been overwhelming interested in securing the neighborhood from the recent rash of break-ins and vandalism. The Breckenridge Board and Safety Committee Chair, Igor Bencomo, invite all residents to join us for this information and strategy session. We will be joined by the Morrisville Police Department who will be presenting the ground work for creating a Community Watch. This program was established over 30 years ago by Governor Jim Hunt and is the most proactive method of preventing crime in residential neighborhoods.
Please bring any friends and family! Refreshments will be provided by our Social Committee! |

Due to increased crime in and about our neighborhood, it is becoming increasingly important that residents immediately get involved in the security and safety of our neighborhood! With the recent rash of vandalism in our common areas, trespassing by non-residents, unauthorized solicitors, and even burglaries of autos and homes, it is time NOW for all homeowners to become involved in the security of our families! Annual 4th of July Picnic
When: July 4th, 2009 from 12pm to 3pm
Where: Breckenridge Clubhouse Grounds
Please join the HOA and Social Committee in celebrating the independence of the USA. We will have a DJ and karaoke, inflatable's, food, drinks, prizes and more! Make sure to wear red, white and blue. The best patriotic outfit will win something special! We hope to see you there!! |
