Yes, we are starting the fall and holiday season, and more important we are starting A FOOD DRIVE.  Please bring at least 3 items for the food drive to the event.  Our goal for the food drive is to collect at least 1200 items by our December meeting.

For the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina

Please donate non-perishable items to assist us with fighting hunger in the area. 

Items to donate: 
Any can goods – fruits, vegetables, soups, tuna, etc.
Any dried foods – Macaroni & Cheese, Rice, Pasta, etc.
Any hygiene items – shaving products, soaps, feminine products, Paper towels, toilette tissue, soap, etc.
Food for toddlers and infants.

There were seven association members in attendance and three members who sent in proxies. The total of 10 represented a quorum for Terrace (10% of 89 homes).

Vance Campbell of 606 Canyon Lake Cir was re-elected and will serve as president.

Jennifer Godkin Lewis owner of 504 Canyon Lake Cir was re-elected and will serve as Secretary

Oak Miller of 410 Canyon Lake Cir was elected and will serve as Treasurer

Mary Charles Nassif was re-elected and will serve as Vice President

Paul Rutman of 604 Canyon Lake Circle was elected  and will serve as the At Large member and Chair of the Grounds Committee.

Annual Breckenridge HOA Meeting

The bylaws and Covenants of our HOA require that an annual meeting occur.  During this meeting, the membership will elect an Executive Board which will serve a one year term.  Please refer to the recent mailings regarding names and information of this years' candidates.  In this mailing, each home has received a proxy form.  If you are unable to attend this meeting and wish to cast your vote, the proxy form must be completed, signed and given to someone who will attend the meeting.  (Please, do not drop it off at the clubhouse!)  You may also send the form to York Properties.  The executive board will vote on your behalf if no designee is stipulated.  For additional information or instructions, please email our property manager at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Due to the multitude of problems I've experienced over at Hostingzoom, I've moved the website over to a better VPS hosting provider.  The speeds and functionality should be much improved.  And in honor of the new speed, I've upgraded the website backend and frontend theme!  I hope everyone likes it! 

Here's a little tidbit:  See the "Control Panel" button at the top right?  Go ahead and click it! You can change the website theme and font to your own preferences!  I choose Autumn by default, and I will rotate them throughout the seasons.
