The Breckenridge Board has called an Annual Meeting for September 26 at 7 p.m. to be held at the Breckenridge Clubhouse. Homeowners will receive information in the mail by September 7. If you are interested in running for the Board, please let Virginia Davis at York Properties know via email at

Nominate a yard for Yard of the Month now! Nominations will be accepted through the 20th of each month to be awarded the following month.
Each month from June through October, the Community Appearance Committee will be searching Morrisville for the most well-kept and attractive yards.

The Breckenridge HOA owns the lot at 101 Bradson and is proposing to implement a 16-unit fitness course. The course will cost $16,990.00 to install. It is an adult-oriented course (for ages 16+) and will come with signs and equipment. A bike rack and a bench for resting would be added to the area as well.
A fence or landscape barrier would also be installed next to 103 Bradson to create homeowner privacy and reduce any noise that may come from the exercise area.

The Town of Morrisville Board of Commissioners recently held a public comment session and voted to prohibit parking in bicycle lanes in the Town (Parkside Valley Drive). The ordinance revision was headed up by the Police Department for safety concerns for bicyclists and motorists.
The Ordinance Number is 2007-110.
The staff is currently coordinating the installation of the signs and will not enforce the fine until the signs are in place. |

As some of you may be aware, the basketball court is being slated for removal. The plan is to replace it with playground equipment for older children. The HOA Board has narrowed it down to two submissions. We need the community's help on choosing the most popular one. Once you login, you will be able to vote on the one you like the best.
