Lawn Mower Maintenance Service

The North Carolina State University Student Branch of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers will be holding a lawn mower maintenance service on Saturday March 27, 2010. We will perform maintenance to prepare your push mower for the upcoming season. This service is a fundraising event for the Pack-Pullers, an ASABE Quarter-Scale Tractor Pulling Team (http://www.pack-pullers.com).

ALL MOWERS MUST BE RUNNING AT DROP-OFF. NO RIDING MOWERS, PLEASE!

We will offer two different service levels:
Our BASIC ($30) service level includes the following:
- Change the oil
- Clean the air filter
- Sharpen and Balance the blade
- Clean and Wash the mower
- Clean the spark plug
- Lubricate the mower
Our DELUXE ($45) service level includes all of the basic level services plus:
This service is recommended once every two years of service or for mowers that have excessively dirty filters
- Replace old spark plug
- Replace dirty air filter
This year we are proud to offer Mo-Deck Protective Undercoating ($10 additional charge):
This product is applied to the underside of your mower deck to prevent wet grass from clumping and sticking to the deck surface. This cuts down on blockages that keep your mower from working properly. This works especially great for those mowers with a mulching or bagging system.
Mowers can be dropped off between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the Breckenridge Club House on Saturday March 27th. Please select your drop-off time when pre-registering online. We offer a pick-up/drop-off service for an additional $5 one-way or $10 round trip.
