Tennis Courts
There are 5 tennis courts for the residents. The court lights usually go off between 10:00 to 10:30 pm.
Swimming Pool
There are 2 pools (one for adults, another for children) for the residents. Pool is usually open from mid-May to mid-September from 10:00am - 8:00PM. Hours may vary. It is accessible via the key issued to the residents. If you don't have the key, please contact the management company. The pool holds 75,000 gallons. The bather load established by the Health Department is 200. This is the number of persons the pool can hold at one time, not how many people can comfortably occupy the pool area.
Lost Pool Access Entry Cards
Residents can purchase additional access entry cards from York Properties for $10.00 each. Residents will need to mail their name and address and a check to:
